You look great! I know how you feel though. If it makes you feel any better, I gained 40 pounds and lost 25 by the 4th week. Only 15 more to go (and lots of toning!) The 4D photos are amazing...he's going to be so cute and cuddly! Get lots of sleep over the next 8 weeks (or 9 weeks if you're like me!)
