Plans for the New House

We met with our contractor yesterday, the plans are in the field and they will begin work on it on Monday!!!!!!!!! They are saying August, is when it should be ready!!!! We are so excited, they are so far ahead of schedule, originally the house had a November complete date!!!

This picture is just a sketch but the house will be 2300 heated square ft (not including garage)

4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and we are on the lake, so the backyard backs up the lake!!!! We're going out today and taking a picture of the lot before they touch it, so we can keep a little photo log of the process!!!! yeah, new house!!!! Lets hope since this is our second time building a house, we learned something and it will be a better process.........it would have to be! hahaha!
