The builders only began to prep the land last Monday and they already have the first floor almost completely framed out. The contractor said we would be ready for the pre sheetrock inspection (meaning all the framing, wiring, plumbing would have to be completely done) on the 23rd of this month!!!! They are just cruising right along!!!!! August seems like a long time away, but we're thinking we'll be in sooner then that!!!! YEAH!!!!!
